surpassed stringent Japanese Industrial Standards JIS1037-12 Heat
and Drop tests, tested by FRIM Malaysia and conform to German
VDMA test.
PROTECTIVE THICKNESS OF DOOR AND BODY
The overall fire protective thickness of the door and body measures
50mm thickness for MOEM
FRC Cabinet comprises of MOEM
special formulated FRM thermo alumna panscrete barrier material
encased between heavy steel press formed door plates and body
structures.
INDIVIDUAL COMPARTMENT
The body are engineered to separate all inner compartment individually.
This independent concept allowed maximum individual protection
should any of the drawers are left open in case of fire, the rest
of the drawers will remain intact and will not be affected by
the flames.
DOUBLE TONGUE & GROOVE
The advanced S-design construction between the body and the drawer
front forming double tongue & groove interlocking prevents the
passage of flames.
HEAVY DUTY METAL RAILING & ROLLERS MOEM
Cabinets drawers are suspended on heavy duty railings incorporates
with metal bearings rollers for added strength and durability
and are constructed for effortless operations. The drawers are
capable of taking the weight of 50kg.
LOCKING SYSTEM MOEM FRC Cabinet
MOEM FRC Cabinet
are secured with one key lock & one combination lock on the top
drawers central control system. It is also fitted with flip lever
which allows overriding of central locking for individual control
options. Each drawer has the option to be fitted with individual
lock to enable discriminatory allocation of drawers.
PLINTH & HANDLE MOEM
MOEM FRC Cabinet
has a special shock absorbing plinth to break the fall.
